  • TEXT THERAPYTextcoach™ is a convenient and stigma-free message-based therapy application. Through a secure desktop and mobile platform, licensed counselors (also known as 'Coaches') help you to boost emotional fitness and wellbeing via an exchange of text messages, voice notes, tip sheets, resource links and videos. Click on the Textcoach™ icon located in the access bar on the SupportLinc web portal to get started.

  • LIVE CHAT – Available through SupportLinc’s web and mobile platforms, Live Chat is an excellent avenue to connect quickly to care. Like Textcoach™, it’s not a suitable tool if you have severe or acute conditions.
  • ANIMO –  A web and mobile platform that provides personalized resources to improve focus and wellbeing set to your own pace/schedule. This program helps address concerns such as stress, anxiety, and depression. Animo will help you gain greater control of your thoughts and feelings, which will allow you to reach your goals, enhance your relationships, and enjoy life more fully. To access Animo, download the mobile app by selecting the appropriate link below or visiting the desktop version of the platform at www.goanimo.com. You can also access Animo through the SupportLinc portal by clicking the ‘Animo’ button at the top of the page after logging in.

Each of these modalities can be easily accessed from your SupportLinc EAP Web Portal by hovering the icons in the Access Bar at the top of the home page.
